What is it that we are doing in the artistic practice of sound synthesis?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As an artistic endeavour, doing sound synthesis is a knot of practices. It is not limited to the mere production of sound; rather, it seeds paths of speculation that grow into different, unthought, unseen and unheard potentials.<strong>Doing Sound Synthesis<\/strong>, a mini-symposium and exhibition within the artistic research project\u00a0<strong>Speculative Sound Synthesis<\/strong>, brings a collection of such speculative seeds together. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Works by\u00a0<strong>A. Isa Ara\u00fajo<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Adam Pultz Melbye<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Fulya U\u00e7anok<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Martin Rumori<\/strong>, as well as by the project team \u2013\u00a0<strong>David Pirr\u00f2<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Leonie Strecker<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Ina Thomann<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 will be exhibited, performed and discussed over three days at the Tennenm\u00e4lzerei in Graz.
