DARIAH-IE’s success depends on the support of its Partner Institutions via their engagement and in-kind contributions☥ .
As part of its reporting requirements DARIAH-IE submits a certain amount of Irish activity as evidence of infrastructural support activities in Ireland. Partner Institutions are recognised for their in-kind contributions which can include, but are not limited to: publications; websites, datasets and tools created or maintained; conferences, meetings, workshops; projects and events.
If your institution is not an official DARIAH-IE partner then please get in touch with us to discuss how you can join. The process is not onerous, there is no fee and membership has manifold benefits for both your institution and the wider digitally-enabled arts and humanities communities in Ireland.

National College of Art and Design
☥ Ideally Ireland’s in-kind contributions would be made available as resources to the wider DARIAH-EU community but this is not a requirement. Neither is there any requirement for Partner Institutions to identify/acknowledge outputs as DARIAH contributions on their own platforms or via their communications and dissemination channels. Although acknowledgement is always nice 😉
