3D Digital Heritage Researcher and Technologist to join PURE3D 2.0 at Maastricht University.

This is a role for someone who enjoys moving between 3D heritage practice, scholarly research, and software development. You’ll work with researchers, cultural heritage professionals and developers to turn real research needs into technical specifications and help shape an open, sustainable infrastructure for publishing annotated, FAIR-compliant 3D scholarly editions.

The work is hands-on and collaborative: supporting 3D heritage workflows, prototyping viewer features, evaluating emerging technologies, and co-designing and testing tools with the communities who will use them. You’ll join an international team working across universities, research infrastructure organisations and cultural heritage institutions.
